The Committee is looking for an experienced Building Manager/Caretaker to oversee the daily operations of the residential complex comprising of 77 apartments across two towers and four townhouses.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of building tenants
- Coordinate and manage maintenance and repair activities
- Liaise with the body corporate committee and vendors to ensure smooth daily building operations
- Ensure that the property is in compliance with applicable regulations and building codes
- Respond to and resolve any issues reported by owners and tenants efficiently
About you
- Experienced Building Manager/Caretaker
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- ARAMA member
- ABMA Accredited Industry Practitioner (preferred)
