Located amongst the sand dunes of Rottnest Island, Pinky’s Restaurant offers an incredible setting for our guests and team. We’re looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join us and help lead our Food & Beverage operations.
About the Role:
This is a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll support the day‑to‑day running of Pinky’s, lead the team through service and help create a memorable experience for our guests.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting the Food & Beverage team during service
- Overseeing smooth opening, service and closing operations
- Supporting rostering, stock control and cash handling
- Maintaining food safety, RSA and workplace safety standards
- Resolving guest enquiries and issues confidently
- Jumping in alongside the team when it gets busy
About You:
You’ll ideally bring:
- Previous Duty Manager or hospitality supervisory experience
- Strong restaurant or Food & Beverage experience
- A positive, hands‑on leadership style
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Confidence working in a busy hospitality environment
- Current RSA, or willingness to obtain
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
