The Opportunity
We're on the lookout for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales and Warehouse Assistant to join our growing Sunshine Coast team. What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and providing tailored advice on lighting and fan solutions
- Driving sales and ensuring every customer has a positive experience
- Using point-of-sale systems to process transactions accurately
- Keeping the store well-presented, stocked, and visually appealing
- Handling customer queries, returns, and concerns professionally
- Assisting with basic warehouse duties when needed
- Collaborating with your team to hit sales targets and support each other
What We're Looking For
- Retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Physically capable of lifting and moving stock
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Happy to work up to 38 hours a week over 5 shifts - we're open 7 days, so your roster could include weekdays or weekends
