Disability Connect Victoria (DCV) is seeking a Part-time Team Leader in Lakes Entrance to drive quality support in a 24x7 SIL House while remaining hands-on with client care. You’ll lead on admin, scheduling, and coordination, act as the link between clients, support workers, and the office team, and help maintain a stable, values-driven service.
The role is permanent part-time (up to 36 hours weekly) with on-site duties and opportunities to develop leadership skills within a supportive environment.
