DIP Bathhouse is the first contrast therapy and wellness venue in North Lakes. Guests move between hot and cold plunge pools, steam and rest in a calm, considered space, often with a partner or friend. You'll deliver treatments and look after guests from arrival to departure, combining massage therapy and guest care in one role.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver massage and therapist-led body scrub experiences, including for couples.
- Welcome guests and talk them through the experience and shared-space etiquette.
- Manage the day's bookings in Fresha.
- Keep sauna, pools, steam room, change areas and treatment rooms clean, stocked and calm.
- Support evening shifts through to close.
About you:
- Certificate IV in Massage Therapy (minimum) or qualified Beauty Therapist (Level 6).
- Available Tuesday to Saturday, including late nights.
- Warm, calm and confident with guests.
- Reliable, with an eye for detail.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Own transport (recommended but public transport is available).
