  • Navigate complex succession matters: Advise on family trusts, SMSF succession planning and other sophisticated estate planning arrangements.
  • Support executors, trustees and beneficiaries: Provide practical, considered advice throughout the estate administration process.
  • Lead, mentor and develop: Take the reins of a Wills & Estates team consisting of Associates, Lawyers and Paralegals. Guide your team members, share your expertise and contribute to a positive learning culture.
  • Build lasting client relationships: Deliver exceptional service and help strengthen the firm's reputation through trusted advice and meaningful client engagement.

Who we're looking for

You'll be an experienced Wills & Estates Lawyer with at least 5 + years' post-admission experience (PAE), at either Senior Associate or Special Counsel level, who enjoys combining technical expertise with a genuine commitment to client service. You'll bring:

  • Strong experience across Estate Planning and Estate Administration.
  • The confidence to independently manage your own matters and take ownership of client outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • A keen eye for detail and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
  • A genuine passion for Succession Law and helping clients plan for the future.
  • A willingness to mentor junior lawyers, share knowledge and contribute to the development and success of the team.

Benefits

  • Highly competitive remuneration that recognises your experience.
  • Genuine flexibility, with the option to work from home every week in a hybrid role.
  • Part-time possibilities, with the firm open to discussing a four-day working week or flexible start times.
  • A supportive and experienced team, where you can collaborate with senior practitioners and continue developing professionally.
