Experience in a litigation role is essential as the firm is ideally looking for a capable Associate or Senior Associate to join the team. If you're at Special Counsel level, the firm would also encourage you to apply as they can make this work.

Depending on your experience and seniority, your responsibilities may include:
- Managing litigation matters: Work across commercial disputes with responsibilities tailored to your experience.
- Developing legal strategies: Collaborate with senior lawyers and clients to identify practical approaches to dispute resolution.
- Getting into the detail: Undertake legal research, prepare court documents and correspondence, and prepare matters for mediation and court proceedings.
- Building client relationships: Communicate proactively with clients and colleagues, helping ensure matters progress efficiently and clients receive excellent service.
- Growing your expertise: Learn from experienced litigation Partners, contribute ideas and continue developing your technical and practical skills.
Who should apply? We're keen to hear from candidates with recent, relevant experience in a litigation-focused environment. Ideally, you would already be at Associate or Senior Associate level, however, we will consider a Lawyer who has at least 3 years PAE and looking to progress to an Associate role.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Relevant experience in a commercial litigation-focused role.
- Experience in construction disputes is welcomed, but not essential.
- Strong technical and legal skills appropriate to your level.
- Clear, efficient communication and a proactive approach.
- A commitment to delivering excellent client service.
- Curiosity, initiative and a genuine appetite for learning and professional development.
