Whether you are:

• A sole practitioner who has grown tired of the unseen hours that running the business requires; or

• You are a Senior Associate or Special Counsel who continues to generate referral work and have a proven following and you want to be rewarded for that

What's available:

• Multiple opportunities with both Queensland based and national offices

• The support to focus on what you do best - providing expert advice, working closely with your clients and achieving outcomes

What we're looking for

• Significant post-qualification legal experience (typically 10+ years) gained in a reputable law firm environment or equivalent

• An established practice or following with demonstrated ability to attract and retain clients

• Proven ability to manage client relationships strategically and deliver high-quality legal services

• Strong business acumen and understanding of the commercial aspects of legal practice

• Leadership qualities with experience mentoring and developing junior lawyers
