This is a fixed-term position for approximately six months, from March to August 2027, based in Perth.
You will assist in coordinating many aspects of the Forum, with a particular focus on presenters, exhibitors, marketing, communications and social media. Working within a small team, no two days are the same. You'll communicate with a diverse range of organisations across the resources industry, including listed mining companies, sponsors, presenters and exhibitors, ensuring information is delivered accurately and on schedule. As the Forum is an annual event, there may be opportunities to return in subsequent years, subject to operational requirements and performance.
Key responsibilities
Coordinating communications with presenters, exhibitors and sponsors.
Collecting and managing company information, logos, presenter biographies and programme content.
Coordinating presentation information and ensuring deadlines are met.
Preparing and distributing presenter and exhibitor information.
Assisting with the Entegy event app, including setup, content updates and artwork.
Assisting with social media planning, scheduling and content creation.
Supporting marketing campaigns and advertising bookings.
Preparing content for graphic design and promotional materials.
Supporting livestream and digital content delivery.
Coordinating various schedules and event logistics.
