We're seeking an experienced Process and Planning Manager to lead production across Machine Shop, Steel Processing, and Robotics departments.
You will be a strong leader with the ability to drive performance, safety and continuous improvement with overall responsibility for executing manufacturing schedules, optimising capacity, and ensuring a consistent flow of materials to meet production targets and customer lead times.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop Supervisors and team members
- Manage production schedules across various manufacturing departments
- Identify and resolve delays, capacity constraints, and process issues
- Optimise ERP scheduling, workflows, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with relevant departments on product structures and improvements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and waste
- Monitor materials, equipment usage, and production performance
- Technical degree and/or demonstrated related equivalent experience
- 5-10 years manufacturing experience in a leadership role
- Comprehensive knowledge of large ERP systems
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
