Your duties will include:
- Collection of outstanding invoices from our direct-to-market customers, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Effective follow up of customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding collections activities.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Assess referred orders for release, ensuring the timely release of orders in line with specific cut-off times.
- Completion of month-end processes.
