Your responsibilities will include
- Leading operations for our household name customer, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
- Supporting, managing, and developing a large operational team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Allocating appropriate resources to achieve agreed objectives and targets, optimizing efficiency and productivity.

To be successful in this role, you will have
- Experience working in a 3PL warehouse with sound warehousing principles
- Previous experience working across automated warehouses (desirable)
- Proven performance management and adaptable leadership experience
- Highly experienced in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System - ideally Manhattan
- Confident and able to engage, motivate and lead people to achieve individual and team goals
- High level planning and organisational skills to ensure operational excellence
