About The Role
This is a high-impact leadership position where you'll:
- Own and drive the Air Freight P&L
- Lead, coach and develop managers, supervisors and specialists
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and service outcomes
- Drive productivity, profitability and continuous improvement
- Build strong customer and supplier partnerships
- Lead operational excellence across import and export activities
- Play a key role in the growth of our specialised Data Centre Logistics sector
