Base pay range: $60.00/hr - $61.00/hr
- Proven Workday experience – hands-on configuration, support, or analysis (Workday Payroll is a strong plus)
- Experience in a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Analyst role
- Strong experience gathering and writing business/technical requirements (especially in Jira)
- Skilled in testing system updates or new features
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both business and IT teams
- Strong communication skills – can clearly translate between business needs and technical teams
- Highly self-motivated and independent
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Comfortable working on complex, enterprise-level projects
- Detail-oriented with a mindset for process improvement
