DEVELOP is seeking an Underground Safety Trainer to support training and competency at the Woodlawn Copper Zinc Mine in Tarago, NSW.
You will deliver induction and ongoing training, perform competency assessments, and drive safety programs to ensure workers are qualified and safe.
Reporting to the Safety and Training Superintendent, you will maintain training records, identify gaps, and contribute to the Safety Management System while promoting a proactive safety culture on site.
