Develop is seeking an Electrical Operations Superintendent to oversee all electrical operations across site, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient performance of electrical infrastructure and equipment. The role includes leading major electrical projects, planning, scheduling and resourcing across underground and surface operations.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive compliance with electrical engineering control plans, audits, and safety standards while mentoring the electrical team.
