Office Manager – Opportunity for visa sponsorship Position Description
- Supervise the daily operations of the office, ensuring that administrative procedures run smoothly and efficiently.
- Facilitating team work between design, manufacturing and install teams.
- Supporting office operations.
- Manage office resources such as equipment, supplies and external service providers.
- Plan and prioritise administrative process and reporting to support business operations.
- Oversee and develop office staff, including hiring, training, and payroll management.
- Manage office finances, including invoices, costs, reconciliations.
- Develop and upgrade office processes and procedures and ensure they meet WHS and related legislation.
Related Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management or administrative coordination function, preferably in a professional services setting.
- Diploma / Higher qualification in business administration or similar subject preferable, or comparable relevant work experience.
- Strong organisational abilities, ability to juggle many objectives and achieve deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with internal teams, project managers and clients.
- Attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated and resourceful with ability to work independently and contribute to smooth office functioning.
