We are looking for an experienced and driven Site Supervisor to join a well-established and future-focused residential builder delivering high-quality volume builds across South Australia.

As a Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of site-based operations, leading from the front to ensure quality builds are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, including the coordination of trades and contractors
- Manage site staff and uphold a high-performance, safety-first culture
- Ensure all materials are procured and ordered in line with project timelines
- Track project costs and adhere to strict budgets
- Liaise with clients and maintain clear communication from site start through to handover
- Report to senior management on progress, risks, and variations
- Deliver homes defect-free and manage rectification where required
- Drive efficient workflows and ensure construction quality meets company and industry standards

Ideal Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Supervisor delivering domestic projects to completion
- Building work contractor's licenceis essential
- Knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and finishes
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Ability to manage multiple projects & priorities while maintaining quality and control
