Monday to Friday schedule: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Overtime paid at 1.5x (weekdays) and 2x (weekends)

The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our Sydney-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and installing a wide range of bakery equipment across customer sites. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and minimising downtime for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and rectify technical faults and breakdowns at customer sites
- Perform installation, commissioning, and testing of bakery equipment
- Deliver operator training to customers on equipment use and maintenance
- Carry out preventative maintenance and service work
- Travel to customer sites across Sydney and interstate as required
- Provide technical support and maintain strong customer relationships
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time
About You
- Qualified Electrician
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with food or bakery equipment (highly regarded)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel as required
- Ongoing training and development
