Our client is a well-regarded residential home builder, operating across Western Australia, Victoria and Queensland. Built on a foundation of trust, they're known for delivering quality, affordable homes through strong supplier relationships and a genuine commitment to getting it right for every customer.
This is a down to earth operation where people are trusted to own their work, and we are looking for a Scheduler to join the team and take on a broad, hands-on role spanning procurement, quoting and supplier coordination.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing Bills of Quantities for single-storey and townhouse projects
- Sending documentation out for supplier and subcontractor quotes
- Reviewing returned quotes and coordinating with the broader team to confirm the right fit
- Raising purchase orders for labour and materials
- Supporting the Accounts team with queries relating to short order invoices and purchase orders
- Reviewing the quality of work completed by external contractors and providing constructive feedback
