You will manage 8–10 homes concurrently, coordinate trades, keep projects on programme and budget, and ensure quality on site from Penrith to Oran Park.
The role requires 3–5 years in residential supervision, Cert III/Cert IV in Building and Construction, and a builders licence is a bonus.
