Design & Build Recruitment is assisting a Canberra-based Tier 1 builder to appoint a Contract Administrator who will oversee commercial and contractual delivery on major projects. This role sits in a growing project team, delivering high-quality outcomes within a professional site environment.
You will manage head and subcontractor contracts, variations, EOTs, progress claims and cost reporting, while collaborating with the Project Manager and site team to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
