Homes NSW, a division of the NSW Department of Communities and Justice, is seeking a skilled coordinator to manage the Housing Portfolio program of works, coordinating estimates with contractors and supervising staff to ensure inspections are carried out in line with agreed timeframes and budgets.
You will work with stakeholders to manage contracts, forecast and report on program delivery, and contribute to risk and performance management within a dynamic government housing environment.
