About the Role

As the Customer Service and Administration Coordinator, you’ll coordinate and supervise a team responsible for providing quality information and support to landholders, customers and stakeholders across the region.

You’ll help ensure the team is knowledgeable, supported and equipped to deliver a professional and consistent customer experience. You’ll also look for opportunities to improve systems, processes and service delivery, using customer feedback, data and operational insights to help the team work more effectively

Alongside your customer service leadership responsibilities, you’ll provide high-level administrative support including records management, correspondence and meeting coordination, while contributing to regional operational plans, projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

In this varied role, you will:

About You

You’ll be someone who genuinely values good customer service and knows how to bring out the best in a team.

You’ll be comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can shift and where customers may have a wide range of questions and needs. You can communicate clearly, build strong working relationships and balance day-to-day service delivery with the need to continually improve how things are done.

We’re looking for someone who can bring:

  • demonstrated experience in delivering and coordinating high-quality customer service
  • the ability to guide, motivate and develop others and create a collaborative team environment
  • strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • sound judgement and a practical approach to solving customer and operational issues
  • strong organisation and administration skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • confidence using technology, records and information management systems
  • an improvement mindset and the ability to use feedback, information and data to strengthen service delivery.

The role is strongly customer-focused, requiring effective collaboration, sound judgement and the ability to coordinate projects, manage resources and support a high-performing team.
