The Head of Change Management leads the development and delivery of the change management strategy for the Communities and Families Transformation Program, ensuring the successful adoption and embedding of transformation initiatives across the department, partner organisations and the broader child and family service system.
The role designs evidence-informed change approaches that build organisational readiness, strengthen leaders' capability and support people to navigate and sustain change.
