Homes Victoria is seeking a Solicitor, Renter Engagement and Relocations, to provide timely, practical legal advice supporting major housing projects. You will advise the Secretary, CEO, housing development and project teams, and the housing portfolio Minister.
The role requires specialised skills in property and tenancy law, statutory interpretation and administrative law, and you will prepare property transaction agreements, ministerial correspondence, cabinet submissions and reports.
