DEED is seeking an experienced in-house lawyer to join Western Australia’s Department of Energy and Economic Diversification as Deputy General Counsel. You will advise the Minister, Director General, General Counsel and senior executives on complex and sensitive matters and provide strategic legal guidance.
You will head the department’s commercial legal work, negotiate complex agreements, and supervise a team of legal officers while helping set priorities and manage risk.
