With highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, the desired applicants will ideally work collaboratively with students, colleagues, parents and the wider community to achieve positive educational outcomes. They will ideally contribute positively to the culture of the HaSS learning area and support the continued development of engaging and innovative teaching programs. At Ashdale SC, there is a clear focus on high standards of student achievement and continuous improvement. Teaching staff play a key role in school planning processes through the analysis of student performance data, the development and implementation of improvement strategies, and the application of evidence-based practices to enhance student outcomes.
