The Wellbeing Practitioner role at Department of Education Victoria – Wodonga is part of the Wellbeing Team dedicated to student mental health across the 3 Tiers of practice. You will work with students, families and school staff to provide timely, client-centered mental health support within a school setting.
You will engage in crisis care, risk assessment, case management and groupwork, while collaborating with internal teams and external services to promote safe, inclusive learning
