Tarneit Senior College is seeking a Learning Specialist – Coaching & Mentoring. You will lead coaching, mentoring, and demonstration lessons, modelling VTLM 2.0 and PCMS to build staff capacity and improve student outcomes across Years 10–12.
You will design targeted professional learning, support PLCs with evidence, and drive MTSS/Tier 1–2 initiatives while aligning with school priorities and DE values.
