About the Role
In a competitive Real Estate market, experience with a global perspective is indispensable. Dentons' Real Estate team operates at the industry’s forefront, working with market leading initiatives and technology both locally and internationally. We advise on structuring of property interests, sales, purchases, complex leasing and have particular expertise in complex developments and titling. Our reputation has been built on helping clients expedite the development process and effectively managing contractual and commercial risk. Our Real Estate practice acts on complex Real Estate transactions for Australian and international clients, across many types of Real Estate assets including office, retail and industrial properties, and large-scale residential developments. About You
You may be a Solicitor or Associate seeking long-term career development and progression. You will:
- Have developed some experience in commercial real estate law, including leasing, sales and acquisitions and residential developments;
- Have strong attention to detail while taking a commercial approach;
- Be a strong communicator who enjoys working directly with clients;
- Be looking for a friendly, supportive and genuine team where you will be a mentor to junior members of the team while being supported by passionate and dedicated partners.
