More than a clinical role

This is an opportunity to become the practice's Senior Dentist and Second-in-Command, taking ownership of complex cases while helping shape the future of an established, respected practice.

You'll lead by example, mentor junior dentists, improve clinical standards, and help grow the business alongside the principal.

With CBCT, intraoral scanning, 3D printing, and digital workflows already in place, you'll have the tools to deliver dentistry you're proud of.

Is this you?

You're an experienced dentist with strong surgical and implant skills, confident in advanced restorative work and comfortable treating patients under general anaesthetic.

You're ready to mentor others, take ownership, and help lead a practice forward.

AHPRA registration, or eligibility, is essential.

What's in it for you?

• $200,000+ guaranteed annual package. What you earn above that is up to you.
• Commission tiers rising to 40%, with the higher of your guaranteed base or commission paid.
• Potential earnings of $400,000+ for a high-producing surgical dentist, depending on production and the applicable commission terms.
• Up to $10,000 annually towards approved CPD.
• One month's temporary accommodation and use of a car to help you settle in.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with generally no after-hours roster or on-call commitments.
