Dental Corner, an established dental practice in Wollongong NSW 2500, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our Clinic, providing vital support to our dentists and ensuring the smooth running of our clinic.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting dentists during patient procedures and maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Sterilising and preparing dental instruments and equipment
- Greeting and welcoming patients, and ensuring they feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Updating and maintaining patient records and scheduling appointments
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any patient inquiries or concerns
- Ensuring the dental operatory is fully stocked and maintained
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, with a strong understanding of dental procedures and equipment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions from dentists and other dental professionals
