HammondCare is seeking an experienced Full-time Occupational Therapist to support aged care residents living in dementia-specific residential homes across the Hunter. The role involves travel between Waratah, Cardiff, and Scone, NSW, with duties spanning assessment, intervention, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to promote healthy ageing and best-practice dementia care.
You will work autonomously with residents, participate in quality improvement, and contribute to ongoing.
