Delaware North Australia is hiring casual Cooks and Kitchen Attendants to join our team at the Blacktown Exercise Sports and Technology Hub. As a Cook or Kitchen Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and contributing to the overall success of our kitchen operations.

What will you do?
- Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards
- Execute food preparation tasks, showcasing expertise in food presentation
- Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards
- Conduct temperature and quality checks and effectively manage cross-contamination
More about you:
- Solid background in kitchen operations, previous experience as a Cook is required
- Minimum Level 3 Commercial Cookery, or currently undertaking
- Willingness to learn under guidance from our chefs
- Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
- Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding
