The opportunity Delaware North Australia is hiring a casual Reservations Agent to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for liaising with guests on the phone, selling our hotel, and confirming and inputting reservation information.

What will you do?
- Manage a high volume of guest telephone inquiries, converting sales and reservations through exceptional customer-relationship skills.
- Maintain strong knowledge of our products to provide guests with accurate and immediate information in areas including room rates, types, and their availability.
- Liaise with our past guests and direct clientele, tailoring specialised itineraries to meet their needs and expectations.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Follow and maintain all quality assurance standards.
More About You
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role.
- Must have working knowledge of property management systems such as Opera.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong administration skills and fantastic phone etiquette.
- Focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
