What you'll be doing
- Manage up to 10 custom home builds from site start through to handover.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site activities to keep projects on schedule.
- Monitor quality, safety and compliance across all sites.
- Liaise with clients throughout the build process.
- Work closely with the Construction Manager and internal office team to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Maintain construction schedules.
- Resolve site issues quickly to minimise delays and maintain build quality.
- Be prepared for early starts and 10-hour days. Construction doesn't operate on office hours, and you'll need to be available to coordinate trades, respond to site issues and keep projects progressing.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in volume new home construction.
- Custom home experience is essential.
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence.
- Trade qualification, ideally Carpentry.
- Strong planning, scheduling and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a genuine focus on quality.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with trades and suppliers.
