- Client communication that builds confidence. You're not just running the account, you're the person clients trust to tell them what's really happening and what's next.
- Retention through results. You know that renewed contracts and expanded budgets come from client trust, not just campaign metrics.
- Spotting performance shifts early and bringing a fix, not just a flag, to your team and client.
- Clear, confident reporting on performance, wins, and next steps in every client touchpoint.
- Close collaboration with creative and strategy to keep campaigns sharp and platform‐current.
What you'll bring
- Strong working knowledge of Meta and Google Ads across search, shopping, display, and social.
- 2-4 years in performance marketing, agency‐side or client‐facing preferred.
- A genuine care for client outcomes, not just account metrics. You want clients to grow and stay.
- Sharp analytical instincts balanced with real communication skill. You can read the numbers and read the room.
- A self‐starter mentality. You're always looking for the next optimisation, the next win, the next reason for a client to trust you more.
