Defence Health Ltd is expanding its Member Care contact centre in Melbourne. The Service Role involves assisting members with health insurance enquiries related to product, payments, and claims across multiple systems in a regulated environment.
You will complete an in-depth training program, then work Monday to Friday, 8:30am–8:00pm (6:00pm finish when in the office). The first three months require your physical presence at our St Kilda Road Office, with Hybrid working thereafter.
