Who we are
Giant Breeze Fans is a new Australian brand of large industrial and commercial ceiling fans, 3.5 m to 7.3 m across, for warehouses, factories, sheds, gyms, schools, churches, halls and sports courts. We supply and install Australia-wide through our installer network, and we sell through electrical wholesalers.

What a good first 90 days looks like
New enquiries answered the same business day, most within the hour
Every open lead and quote in the CRM has a next step and a date
A weekly quote follow-up routine that you run without being asked
A review request sent after every install
Install photos posted to our social channels a few times a week
Day to day
Answer calls, web enquiries, texts and emails, and qualify each one: the building, its size and ceiling height, location and needs
Book site visits with our sales lead and installers, and confirm them with customers
Follow up new leads and sent quotes until there is a clear answer
Keep the CRM clean and up to date
Ask happy customers for reviews, and ask customers, installers, electricians and builders for referrals
Help find new work through tenders, outbound calls and local businesses
Post installs and updates to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
General admin that helps us win and deliver jobs
You'll report to our two owners: one for bookings and day-to-day sales, the other for priorities and direction.
You'll be a good fit if you
Live in Australia and have full working rights
Have at least 2 years in customer service, inside sales or sales coordination
Are comfortable following up, and asking for the booking, without being pushy
Treat the CRM as the single source of truth
Can work 20 hours a week during business hours, Sydney time, from a quiet space with reliable internet
Experience in Trade businesses like, construction, home improvement, electrical, air conditioning
You've set up or cleaned up a sales pipeline before
Where this goes
This is our first customer service hire. As enquiries grow, the role moves to full time and towards owning the sales pipeline and reporting the weekly numbers to the owners.
Pay and conditions
$60,000 to $80,000 a year full-time equivalent, plus super, depending on experience. Paid pro rata at 20 hours a week, about $30 to $40 an hour.
Permanent part-time, fully remote, Monday to Friday
