Decode is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead design coordination for Class 2 residential developments in NSW, with a focus on aligning design with compliance, programme, quality and commercial goals. You will coordinate architects, engineers, and consultants from planning through construction, ensuring buildable, compliant outcomes.
You will manage design programmes, facilitate workshops, review documentation for buildability, and support procurement and client brief development.
