Deaf Connect is seeking a passionate Support Coordinator to help Deaf, Deafblind and hard-of-hearing clients manage their NDIS plans and achieve long-term goals. You will build independence through capacity-building, support community connections, and coordinate services across multiple providers.
Ideal candidates will have Auslan fluency, solid experience in the disability sector, and a strong commitment to person-centred supports for the Deaf community.
