About the Position
Currently an opportunity exists for a Building Supervisor to join their business in a key role servicing projects in the Central and South Sunshine Coast region. You will be responsible for the following:
- Manage and supervise residential construction projects from site start through to completion and handover.
- Coordinate and manage trades, contractors and suppliers to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety and construction progress.
- Ensure homes are built in accordance with plans, specifications, building codes and company standards.
