About the Position
An opportunity exists for a Senior Marketing Executive to join the business in predominantly a brand specialist role. In this role you will be responsible for the following:
Coordinate and execute brand and marketing campaigns across multiple residential communities.
Manage estate branding, project launches and promotional initiatives.
Oversee the production of marketing collateral, brochures and digital content.
Coordinate corporate campaigns, display home launches and marketing projects.
Support social media planning, content creation and platform management.
Manage photography, video production and creative content shoots.
Coordinate sponsorship activations, events and promotional activities.
Develop engaging copy across print and digital marketing channels.
Liaise with creative agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing activities.
About the Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will have the following:
Ideally, you will have:
3 - 5 years experience in a marketing or brand focused role
Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline
Experience coordinating campaigns and managing multiple projects
Strong written communication and content development skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident working with internal stakeholders and external agencies
Creative, proactive and capable of working to competing deadlines
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite will be highly regarded
