About the Position
A rare opportunity currently exists for a Maintenance Officer to join them in a North Brisbane to Sunshine Coast area servicing Service and Warranty new home builds. Career progression is also available to eventually progress to a Site Supervisor role! Responsibilities will include:
Managing work orders across multiple new home build sites
Attending client homes, assessing works and rectifying defects
Coordinating with other trades to complete work to a high quality and standard
Patching, painting, plastering, carpentry and other maintenance work
Updating CRM systems and applications and coordinating with office staff
What we're looking for
To be considered you must demonstrate the following:
Carpentry trade background or similar preferred
Strong residential housing experience
Eye for detail and good varied tradesman skills
Professional and able to work with customers
