About the Position
Currently an exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Assistant with construction industry experience to join a close knit team with in a growing business!
Responsibilities
- Managing HIA Build contracts and variations
- Managing multiple files through Pre Construction
- Following up stage claimsFollowing up required forms and certificates and creating handover packs
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a fast paced administration role required
- Experience with in new home builder or residential construction required
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
