Wine Club Coordinator and Cellar Door sales
We're looking for a Wine Club Coordinator to join our team at De Iuliis Wines. This is a part-time role, perfect for someone who loves wine, people, and being part of a close-knit, passionate team.
This role sits at the heart of our business, building strong relationships with our Wine Club members, supporting cellar door experiences, and helping deliver the high level of service De Iuliis Wines is known for.
About the Role
As our Wine Club Coordinator, you'll be responsible for assisting in managing day-to-day Wine Club operations while providing warm, genuine customer service both online and in person.
The role also includes hosting and independently running cellar door tastings two days mid-week, with occasional Saturday shifts to support busy periods and events.
Days: Minimum 3 days a week. Additional Saturdays required from time to time.
Hours: Vary depending on workload and events
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Wine Club members
- Delivering exceptional customer service, especially when members visit the cellar door
- Assisting with Wine Club administration and order management
- Assisting with packing and fulfilment of Wine Club orders
- Managing member communications and email correspondence
- Assisting with Wine Club events and special experiences
- Independently hosting tastings and managing day-to-day cellar door operations
About You
- Previous experience in wine, hospitality, customer service, or admin is desirable but not essential
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Friendly, confident, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
- Comfortable juggling tasks and working independently
- Brings personality and positive energy to the role
