DCC Industry Group in Queensland is seeking a caring Professional Care Worker to support people living with disability, including young people with complex behaviours. You will help with daily tasks to enable independence and community connection, such as personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation and light household duties.
You will provide companionship and support in the community, help clients attend appointments and activities, and work across a 24/7 rotating roster.
