You will guide customers through their Mercedes-Benz purchase, from the first enquiry through to delivery and ongoing ownership.
Key responsibilities
- Building lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Managing showroom, phone and online enquiries with prompt, professional follow-up.
- Presenting vehicles and conducting engaging test drives.
- Developing a strong understanding of the Mercedes-Benz range, features and technology.
- Working towards agreed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Coordinating with our finance and service teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and an active sales pipeline.
About you
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, confident approach.
- Professional presentation and strong attention to detail.
- A sense of urgency, initiative and commitment to following through.
- The ability to listen, understand customer needs and build trust.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
- A current driver's licence.
- Previous automotive or prestige sales experience would be highly regarded.
