The island is one of the closest Whitsunday islands to the mainland (Airlie Beach) with spectacular 30-minute ferry ride to work each day.
Job Description
About the role
- Monitor and supervise guests in and around the pools to ensure their safety.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, incidents or potential hazards.
- Enforce pool rules and safety regulations in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide first aid, CPR and emergency assistance when required.
- Maintain awareness of pool conditions and identify potential safety risks.
- Assist guests with general enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Resort team to maintain high standards of safety and presentation.
This role is a live off island position.

- Musthold current qualifications - Pool lifeguard certificate ( SISSS00133) , First Aid, CPR, Advanced Resuscitation & O2 provider
- Must be eligible to work in Australia
